In an age of technical innovation, look no further than a simple journal to house all of your thoughts and discoveries as you work towards your dreams! Beyond the front and back covers, the limits of a journal are non-existent. Your journal can be a space to plan, to reference, to track, and even to rant. Although dance as a physical art form often provides tangible results, so much of the progress you make occurs within. These aspects of your training may be difficult to decipher in the mirror, but are often more easily acknowledged when written down.
